Getting to Palomino

Palomino is about 1.5 hours east of Santa Marta by bus. From Santa Marta's Mercado bus terminal, take any bus heading toward Riohacha or Maicao and ask to be dropped at Palomino. Tuk-tuks will take you the rest of the way into town. From Cartagena, it's about 4 hours by bus via Santa Marta.
